On Women's Day and a special day dedicated to men, the Hirondelle de l'Avenir team visited theCités Caritas, working with80 women and10 children, as well as50men, in integration centers.

Around twenty volunteers came together to offer beauty and wellness treatments.

The common goalsof all these workshops are to enjoy moments of relaxation, develop a positive outlook on oneself, and help restore confidence while promoting social connections.
